HAINA LASER has added an automatic collaborative palletizing series to its packaging automation range. The new series supports end-of-line carton handling, with a robot, gripper, conveyor and pallet layout selected for the actual packaging task.
From packed cartons to an organized pallet
The workstation uses a touchscreen interface to configure carton dimensions and pallet patterns. Robot payload, working radius, stacking height and gripper design are selected together, taking account of carton weight, the required layout and the space beside the line.
This is a packaging automation system. It is separate from our vision-positioning laser marking and rejection equipment.

The supplied footage shows a collaborative robot with a multi-point gripper transferring bottled products between a production line and reusable crates. It demonstrates a real handling application; the carton palletizing layout and tooling are configured separately for each project.
Choose the configuration around your packaging
- Product and load: carton or container dimensions, filled weight, rigidity and the surface available for gripping.
- Pallet pattern: pallet dimensions, layer arrangement, stack height and label orientation.
- Line interface: conveyor height, product spacing, available footprint and upstream signals.
- Required output: target production rate, changeover frequency and shift schedule.
- Site layout: operator access, pallet exchange and the protective measures needed for the installation.
