CO2 Laser Coding Machines

Non-contact coding for selected packaging, paperboard, wood and glass applications. The packaging structure and surface response determine whether a COâ‚‚ configuration is suitable.

Suitable materials and applications

  • Paperboard and wood applications listed in the supplied catalogue.
  • Glass, selected films, printed surfaces and coated packaging require tests on the actual product.
  • For multilayer packs, assess the mark together with coating integrity and the packaging acceptance criteria.

Catalogue configuration reference

Catalogue models HC-830 / HC-860 / HC-910
Laser wavelength 10.6 μm
Series power options 30 / 60 / 100 W
Cooling Air or water cooling; confirm the selected configuration
Quoted configuration Confirm the laser source, optics, marking field, electrical supply and integration scope.

The series below follows the supplied HAINA catalogue. It does not establish a model equivalence with EF/HF, EZ or HA-8-D30C systems shown elsewhere. Confirm the exact model, laser source and options in your quotation.

What changes between configurations?

Compare laser source, optics, marking field, cooling and mounting as a complete configuration. Power alone is not a production-speed guarantee: material response, code size, code content and the available marking time need to be evaluated together.

  • Exact packaging layers, coating, print color and the intended marking surface.
  • Code size, content, product spacing and the available marking window.
  • Mounting space, focal distance, extraction and integration requirements.

Check a real marking result

View the wood-grain panel test. It shows the laser path on a sample; final contrast and the actual laser model still need confirmation.

What to confirm before ordering

  • Approve a marked sample using your actual material and required code.
  • Identify the exact machine model and all included options in the quotation.
  • Confirm installation, guarding, extraction, training, warranty and spare-parts arrangements for the destination.
  • Request the applicable certification documents and their scope for the quoted equipment.

Get a configuration for your actual product

Send the material, a sample photo, the required code and your production conditions. Ask for a marking trial and a written configuration before ordering.
